Pay attention to the checkboxes at the right, you don't need all of them and you can save a lot of disk space by unchecking some of them. The building process is not trivial, so I'll guide you through the process and prevent the major caveats. Therefore, if you build this source code into a software, you MUST abide by their terms, which means you are NOT ALLOWED TO SHARE an executable file that uses the Personal API - currently used by this source, more specifically by ParsecSession class. Parsec Soda code is under MIT license, BUT all of the code from Parsec SDK has it's own license, the Parsec SDK License. So if you want to join a room instead of hosting, you still need the official Parsec client to do it (including your own room created with Parsec Soda) - and I recommend you use the official client for testing your Parsec Soda room. Parsec Soda can create Arcade rooms, but not join them.Parsec Soda is NOT a replacement for the official Parsec client.Parsec Soda has a plethora of Features to assist the Host. I created this tool for my personal use and it has grown too large for me to maintain it by myself, so now I humbly ask this community for help. Parsec Soda is a custom and open-source Parsec tool dedicated to improve Hosting experience in Parsec Arcade. □ Social Discord Server - Parsec Soda Linktree - My personal networks □ DOWNLOAD the newest version from RELEASES tab □ Leave a star and fork this repo if you like this project! □ Four stars for effort and encouragement. The open-source Parsec Arcade hosting tool If it had a playlist function it would be my default movie player now. Despite these shortcomings, given the video playback quality and the handy AirPlay controls, this is a great beta release. The player window controls got stuck sometimes and did not fade out, and the progress indicator (a distractingly large bright blue) didn't always line up with the length of the file playback. The app played back every weird file format I could throw at it. If the file is playing then the check mark is redundant. Maybe it means the file can be decoded or something. AirPlay is built right into the player window controls which is very cool, but the green check mark icon in the controls is inscrutable. The video quality and default zoom settings are awesome though. The app could use a loop function, range selection, and keyboard control over window size. Please be open about what is going on here. And, since the app quits when the window is closed, this is basically at every movie file start. As Trance points out, it does phone home at every launch. ![]()
